An experienced HR Practitioner with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business and organizational change. Able to devise and implement coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from receiving employee requisitions to final induction.
● Post job advertisements, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and arrange and participate in panel interviews.
● Update job descriptions (JDs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the HR department.
● Develop and update HR policies and procedures in consultation with management to meet organizational needs.
● Gather and review feedback from exiting employees, updating management accordingly.
● Review appointment letters and update contract agreements as required.
● Implement an effective performance management system, including goal setting and mid-year reviews by management.
● Coordinate with department heads and the COO for career and succession planning of key positions.
● Address disciplinary matters for both factory and office staff, resolving grievances appropriately.
● Review and verify payroll, overtime, attendance, and leave reports.
● Review employee applications for leave, loans, and advances, seeking approval as required.
● Handle documentation processes for resignations, including exit interviews and clearance certificates.
● To ensure management fuel allowance.
● Ensure proper submission of records and payments related to EOBI, SESSI, and group insurance.
